The activity that I'm going to be presenting is yoga which is focusing on health-related & flexibility.
Flexibility is the range if motion that you joints have during movement, & health-related is the primarily physical fitness associated with a disease prevention & functional health.
Yoga is a component that helps with flexibility that can reduce stress & increase relaxation.
Yoga is a component of health-related fitness which is associated with flexibility, the main component that makes up yoga.
This activity would helps improve the way the body feels by reducing stress & help improve flexibility. Yoga brings the body & the mind together into one unforgettable experience. The whole system of yoga is built on three main structures: exercise, breathing, & meditation.
To improve my personal fitness, i would like to maintain myself in good shape, including how i look & feel. For this i would maintain my health-related fitness & also skill-related fitness, because they both are real important. This summer I'm going to try to maintain a healthy life by exercising & eating healthy food. The component that I want to focus on the most is my muscular strength which is the maximal force that you can exert when you contract your muscles. This would help to try to exercise even more & maintain my muscles stronger.
